Vijay Kumar Pandey is a media personality of Nepali television. He hosts a program called ''Dishanirdesh''. Baitadi District ( ), historical name “Bairath” (बैराथ), a part of Sudurpashchim Province, is one of the 77 districts of Nepal. It is a Hill district. The Madan Puraskar () is a literary honor in Nepal which Madan Puraskar Guthi confers annually for an outstanding book in the Nepali language published within the calendar year. It is considered as the most prestigious literature award in Nepal. It is awarded on the day of Dashain#Day 1: Ghatasthapana, Ghatasthapana every year alongside Jagadamba Shree Puraskar. Nepal Television (), shortened to NTV is the Nepali national Public broadcasting, public state-controlled television broadcaster. It's accessible in four languages. It is the oldest and most watched television channel in Nepal.
