Central Finland
Central Finland (; ) is a Regions of Finland, region ( / ) in Finland. It borders the regions of Päijät-Häme, Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia, Central Ostrobothnia, North Ostrobothnia, Northern Savonia, North Savo, and Southern Savonia, South Savo. Pihtipudas is a municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland. Pihtipudas is known for the annual javelin carnival and for Lauri Pihkala, Lauri "Tahko" Pihkala, the inventor of Pesäpallo, the Finnish variant of baseball. Lake Keitele
Keitele is a large lake located in Central Finland. With a area of 493.59 km2, it is the 9th largest lake in the country. The lake is divided into three regions, Ylä-, Keski-, and Ala-Keitele, of which Keski-Keitele is the largest. Storuman Municipality
Storuman Municipality (; ; ) is a municipalities of Sweden, municipality in Västerbotten County in northern Sweden. Its administrative centre, seat is located in Storuman. The parish Stensele was created as late as 1822. It was, together with the parish Tärna, made into a municipality in 1863. In 1903 Tärna was detached to form a municipality of its own. The local government reform of 1971 saw the reunification of Stensele and Tärnaby municipalities, thus forming Storuman Municipality with the name taken from its largest town. Staffanstorp Municipality
Staffanstorp Municipality () is a municipality in Scania County, southern Sweden. Its seat is located in the town Staffanstorp. The municipality was formed by the local government reform of 1952, when 12 original units, created out of parishes in 1863, were amalgamated. The next reform in 1971 did not affect the size of this municipality. In the municipality there are two localities which have grown into suburbs of Malmö: Staffanstorp, with 14,800 inhabitants, and Hjärup, with 4,000 inhabitants, which are both typical residential districts, dominated by detached houses built in the second half of the 20th century.
