Very Delta
''Very Delta'' is a conversational comedy podcast and web series hosted by American drag queen Delta Work which premiered on July 4, 2022. Styled as a "luxury public access podcast", the series features Delta Work discussing first world problems, interviewing guests and answering fan letters. History ''Very Delta'' began as a temporary replacement show for Delta Work's podcast ''Very That'' which she co-hosted with Raja Gemini while Raja went on tour after appearing on the RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 7, seventh season of ''RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars''. However, the show quickly blossomed into a "bona fide sensation... part gospel, part talk show, and wholly singular, just like the queen at its helm". Delta continued to host ''Very That'' upon Raja's return while fronting ''Very Delta'', until ''Very That'' was eventually rested. Delta Work is the stage name of Gabriel A. Villarreal, a Mexican-American drag performer and stylist, best known for competing on the third season of the reality competition television series ''RuPaul's Drag Race''. Villarreal received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Hairstyling for a Multi-Camera Series or Special at the 70th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards (2018) for his work as a personal hairstylist for ''Drag Race''. She currently co-hosts the podcast ''Very That'', alongside Raja. Career Villarreal's drag mother is Miss Coco Peru; they met in Los Angeles, early in Delta Work's drag career.
