Vertex (band)
Vertex was a band formed in 1995 featuring singer Stephen Pearcy (Ratt, Arcade, Vicious Delite, Nitronic), guitarist Al Pitrelli (Danger Danger, Hotshot, Alice Cooper, Asia, Savatage, Megadeth, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), and drummer Hiro Kuretani (WXXI, Trancentral Station). They released a self-titled album in 1996 as well as a single for the track "One Like a Son" that included two remixes by Eric Caudieux and Stan Katayama. A video for this single was also released. All bass parts were played by Pitrelli, who also recorded keyboards. Bob Daisley played bass on tracks "Time and Time" and "Ain't Gonna Be". The album is a concept album with a single narrator, chain of events and re-occurring characters. Kuretani, who had met Stephen Pearcy at a gig where he opened for Stephen's band Arcade. Savatage
Savatage () is an American heavy metal band founded by brothers Jon and Criss Oliva in 1979 in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The band was first called Avatar, but, shortly before the release of their debut album '' Sirens'' (1983), they changed their name to Savatage, as Avatar was already taken by at least one other band. Savatage is considered to be an integral part of the American heavy metal movement of the early-to-mid-1980s and has been cited as a key influence on numerous subgenres of metal. The band has released eleven studio albums, two live albums, five compilations and three EPs. Breakbeat is a broad type of electronic music that uses drum breaks, often sampled from early recordings of funk, jazz, and R&B. Black Star Riders
Black Star Riders is a hard rock band formed in December 2012. The band began when members of the 2011–2012 line-up of Thin Lizzy decided to record new material, but chose not to release it under the Thin Lizzy name. While Thin Lizzy continues on an occasional basis, Black Star Riders is a full-time band, described as "the next step in the evolution of the Thin Lizzy story". The band's first album, '' All Hell Breaks Loose'', was released on May 21, 2013, and the follow-up album, '' The Killer Instinct'' was released on February 20, 2015. Industrial rock is a fusion genre that fuses industrial music and rock music. It initially originated in the 1970s, and drew influence from early experimental and industrial acts such as Throbbing Gristle, Einstürzende Neubauten and Chrome. Robbie Crane
Robert Crane (born January 5, 1969) is an American musician who is the current bass guitarist of hard rock band Black Star Riders. He has also been a member of Ricky Warwick's band The Fighting Hearts. He was previously the bassist with the band Ratt. Early life and career Crane moved to the Fairfax District of Hollywood, California, at the age of nine where he attended Bancroft Junior High and Fairfax high school. For his 14th birthday, his father bought him his first bass guitar from Fairfax Music School in Hollywood. Soon after, Crane and best friend Stuart Waldman were playing Hollywood clubs with their first band "Dream Suite" when they were only 16. Crane went on to work as bass technician for Bobby Dall of Poison from 1984–86. Bob Daisley
Robert John Daisley (born 13 February 1950) is an Australian musician and songwriter. A bassist, he is perhaps best known for his intermittent relationship with vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, for whom he contributed bass, co-production and songwriting throughout the 1980s. Daisley has also worked with prominent rock acts including Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Gary Moore, Chicken Shack and Uriah Heep, among others. Vincent Damon Furnier (born February 4, 1948), known by his stage name Alice Cooper, is an American rock singer and songwriter whose career spans sixty years.
