Nancy (Boyd) Willey (1902–1998), was an American environmentalist and historic preservationist from Sag Harbor, New York. She was the founding president and historian for the Old Sagg-Harbour Committee. Early life Nancy was born in Southampton, and grew up in Park Slope. Her mother, Annie Cooper Boyd, is a painter of the Shinnecock Hills Summer School of Art style. Northwest Harbor is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 3,317 at the 2010 census. It is named for the bay on the South Fork of Long Island connecting Sag Harbor, Shelter Island and the town of East Hampton to Gardiners Bay and the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The bay derives its name from being northwest of East Hampton village.
