(UBPLC) was established in 1965 with the head office located at Motijheel in Dhaka, East Pakistan as a scheduled bank of the Eastern Banking Corporation. Cox's Bazar District () is a district in the Chittagong Division of Bangladesh. It is named after Cox's Bazar town. It is located south of Chittagong. Cox's Bazar is also known by the names ''Panowa'' ("yellow flower") and ''Palongkee''. Teknaf ( ''Ṭeknaf'') is an upazila of Cox's Bazar District in the Division of Chittagong Division, Chittagong, Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) is the regulator of the capital market of Bangladesh, comprising Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
