Stadio Aldo Campo
Stadio (literally, ''Stadium'') is an Italian pop rock band formed in 1977. The members are Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), Roberto Drovandi (bass guitar), Andrea Fornili (guitar), and Gaetano Curreri (vocals and keyboard). Formation and early recordings The group had a long-standing arrangement as an accompanying band to Lucio Dalla, a Bologna-born singer. Stadio had its first notable public appearance in the mid-1970s, when the group appeared on Lucio Dalla's 1975 collaborative album with Roberto Roversi, '':it:w:Anidride Solforosa (album), Anidride Solforosa'' (Italian for "sulfur dioxide"). Mazara del Vallo (; is a city and in the province of Trapani, northwestern Sicily, Italy. It lies mainly on the left bank at the mouth of the Mazaro river. Emanuele Curcio (born 3 May 1953) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a winger. He made 15 appearances for Roma in the 1974–75 Serie A season, scoring twice, and played 71 times in Serie C for Messina and Cosenza. Life and career Curcio was born in 1953 in Sant'Angelo di Brolo, in the Province of Messina, Sicily. As a youngster, he played local football for Orlandina before joining Messina, where he made his senior debut on the opening day of the 1972–73 Serie C season in the starting eleven for a goalless draw away to Trani. Curcio finished the season with 13 appearances as his team were relegated, but the following season scored four goals from 23 appearances as Messina won their section of Serie D. Pasquale Marino (born 13 July 1962) is an Italian football manager and former player, currently in charge of club Salernitana. Playing career A midfielder, Marino started for his home team, Marsala. Marino never played in divisions higher than Serie C1 and ended his career for Catania in 1996–97. Coaching career His coaching career began in 1997–98 for Serie D team Milazzo, where he nearly won the league on his debut, ending in second place. However, his outbreak came at Paternò, which he led on two consecutive promotions from Serie D to Serie C1. He then signed for Serie C2 Foggia, which led to an immediate Serie C1 promotion. The Coppa Italia Dilettanti (Italian for: Italian Amateurs Cup) is an annual knock-out competition for teams from the fifth and sixth levels of Italian football: the Eccellenza and the Promozione. All ties except for the final, which is held at the Stadio Flaminio in Rome, are played on a home-and-away basis. The cup-winners are also awarded promotion to Serie D, the fourth-ranked league. Prior to the 1999–2000 season the competition also included teams from Serie D.
