Tuncay Özilhan
Tuncay Özilhan (born 9 July 1947) is a Turkish businessman and billionaire. He is the current chairman of the board of Anadolu Group, as well as the president of Anadolu Efes. He was also the president of TÜSİAD from 2001 to 2004. He is also chairman of the board of supermarket chain Kipa. Kayseri
Kayseri (; el, Καισάρεια) is a large industrialised city in Central Anatolia, Turkey, and the capital of Kayseri province. The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality area is composed of five districts: the two central districts of Kocasinan and Melikgazi, and since 2004, also outlying Hacılar, İncesu and Talas. As of 31 December 2021, the province had a population of 1,434,357 of whom 1,175,886 live in the four urban districts, excluding İncesu which is not conurbated (i.e. not contiguous, having a largely non-protected buffer zone). Kipa (supermarket)
Kipa is a supermarket chain in Turkey, owned by Migros Türk since 2017. It was previously owned by the largest UK retailer, Tesco. The original company, Kitle Pazarlama A.Ş., was founded in August 1992 and opened its first Kipa store in November 1994. Tesco purchased a controlling interest in Kipa in 2003. In September 2010, Tesco Extra began its operation in Turkey. As of January 2013, it had 513 stores, with plans for continued strong growth. Kipa used the standard Tesco retailing model, which meant that it still ran Tesco supermarkets, including a range of store sizes from hypermarkets to Tesco Express outlets.
