Treze Futebol Clube is a Brazilian football team from Campina Grande in ParaÃba, founded on 7 September 1925. Historically, the club has competed in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A several times. Recently, the club has competed only in lower divisions of the national league, the Copa do Brasil, the regional Copa do Nordeste and the ParaÃba State Championship The main rival of Treze is Campinense, another traditional football club from Campina Grande. They have a long-standing rivalry, being collectively known as the Maiorais. This is considered as the most important derby in the countryside of Brazil. There is also a rivalry between Treze and Botafogo (PB), a football club from João Pessoa (ParaÃba's capital), due to some historical issues between the two cities. 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
The 2018 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was a football competition held in Brazil, equivalent to the fourth division. The competition started on 21 April and ended on 4 August 2018. Sixty-eight teams competed in the tournament. Sixty-four teams qualified from their state leagues and cups, and four relegated from the 2017 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C (ASA, Macaé, Mogi Mirim and Moto Club). Ferroviário, Imperatriz, São José and Treze qualified for the semi-finals and were promoted to the 2019 Campeonato Brasileiro Série C. Ferroviário won the title after defeating Treze in the final. Xandy
Alexandre Nascimento da Silva (born 24 April 2001), commonly known as Xandy or Xande, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a forward for Spartak Varna. Club career Xandy was born in São Miguel dos Campos, Alagoas, and finished his formation with local side ASA. After making his first team debut in the 2020 Campeonato Alagoano, he started to feature more regularly in the following years, and was chosen as the breakthrough player of the 2022 edition of the tournament. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D (English: Brazilian Championship Serie D), commonly known as the Série D or the Brazilian Série D to distinguish it from the Italian Serie D, is the fourth division of the Brazilian football league system, and was announced by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) on 9 April 2008. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série D was formed from the split of the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, Série C, keeping its best 20 clubs and playing double round robin as does the top three divisions. The Série D keeps the same format of the older Série C, but with participation limited to 40 clubs recognized by the state federation. In 2016 the Série D was expanded to 68 clubs, but in 2022 it was reduced to 64 clubs. 2011 Campeonato Brasileiro Série D
In 2011, the Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, the fourth division of the Brazilian League, will be contested for the third time in history, during 18 July and 13 November. It will be contested by 40 clubs, four of which will eventually qualify to the Campeonato Brasileiro Série C to be contested in 2012. Competition format The 40 teams are divided in eight groups of 5, playing within them in a double round-robin format. The two best ranked in each group at the end of 10 rounds will qualify to the Second Stage, which will be played in home-and-away system. Winners advance to Third Stage. The quarterfinal winners will be promoted to the Série C 2012. As there is no Série E, or fifth division, technically there will be no relegation. The Campeonato Brasileiro Série C, commonly known as the Série C or the Brazilian Série C to distinguish it from the Italian Serie C, is the third tier of the Brazilian football league system. Unlike the first and second divisions, the Série C is not played in a double round robin system, arguably because many participating teams lack the financial conditions to travel long distances. Thus, the tournament is organized in regional groups and the table prevents teams from distant states from playing each other in the initial rounds. Beginning in 2009, the Série C was reduced from 64 teams to 20 and the new Campeonato Brasileiro Série D is the qualifier for Brazilian league football. 2024 Campeonato Paraibano
The 2024 Campeonato Paraibano de Futebol is the 114th edition of ParaÃba's top professional football league. The competition started on 17 January 2024 and is scheduled to finish on 7 April 2024. Format The format of the competition remains unchanged from the 2023 season, and consists of a group stage where each of the ten teams face each other once. The top four proceed to a knockout semi-final and final, each over two legs. The bottom two teams in the group stage will be relegated to the second division. The semi-final is drawn according to finishing places in the group stage. First played fourth and second played third, with the higher placed team at home in the second legs. Estádio Governador Ernani Sátyro, usually known by its nickname Amigão (sometimes called O Amigão), is a multi-purpose stadium in Campina Grande, Brazil.
