Tor Espedal
Tor Espedal (8 June 1934 – 25 April 2017) was a Norwegian businessperson. He was born in Forsand. He finished his secondary education at Rogaland Public Gymnasium in 1950, graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics with the siv.øk. degree and also took education at the University of Bergen and Harvard University. After working in the Ministry of Finance and Laerdal Medical he was hired in the Norwegian State Oil Company (Statoil) in 1973. He started as chief financial officer, moved on to other capacities and remained in the leadership of Statoil until 1995, with shorter tenures elsewhere. From 1978 to 1982 he was the chief executive officer of Sandnes Acuderverk; in 1987 he was the acting chief executive officer of Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk for half a year and in 1988 he was appointed to clean up after Statoil's own Mongstad scandal. Forsand
Forsand is a former municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1871 until 2020 when it was merged into Sandnes municipality. It was located in the traditional district of Ryfylke. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Forsand. Other villages in the municipality included Lysebotn, Øvre Espedal, Oanes, Kolabygda, and Fløyrli. Forsand municipality surrounded the famous Lysefjorden and it was located on the east side of the Høgsfjorden. In 1999, evidence of a population here dating back to around 7500 BC was located. Prior to its dissolution in 2020, it was one of the largest municipalities within the county of Rogaland in terms of area, and one of the smallest in terms of population. Steinar Stokke
Steinar Stokke (born 8 October 1955) is a Norwegian businessperson and former civil servant, with prominent positions in the health sector. By education, he is a political scientist from the University of Oslo. In the 1980s and 1990s he pursued a career in the civil service. In 1988 he was acting subdirector, and was promoted to subdirector, in the Ministry of Finance. He later became acting head of department before being promoted to director in 1992. Else Bugge Fougner (born 9 November 1944) is a Norwegian lawyer and a politician for the Conservative Party of Norway, Conservative Party. She was born in Moss, Norway, Moss as a daughter of Jacob C.
