Toonattik
''Toonattik'' was the flagship children's strand of the British breakfast television station, GMTV (known on-air as CITV at weekends), which ran from 5 February 2005 to 26 December 2010. The strand aired on weekend mornings from 07:25 (sometimes at 07:20) until GMTV's closedown at 09:25, featuring a selection of both British and imported cartoons, mainly from brands such as Disney, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. It was presented by Jamie Rickers and Anna Williamson before being out-vision from 15 May to 26 December 2010. Jamie Rickers
Jamie Rickers (born 21 May 1974) is an English former television presenter, best known as the co-presenter of children's programmes ''Prove It!'', ''Toonattik'' and '' Up On The Roof'' on CITV. Career Rickers career began in 1997 as a researcher/co-ordinator for several LWT productions between November 1997 and February 1999. It wasn't until 1999 that Rickers began TV presenting beginning with the short-lived series ''Find a Fortune'', by the Summer of 1999, Rickers began presenting links for the digital children's channel Carlton Kids then joined GMTV as a continuity announcer for their children's programming. Laura Jane Hamilton (born 24 April 1982) is an English television presenter, property expert and entrepreneur. She began her career on children's television, presenting shows such as ''Fun Song Factory'' and on Nickelodeon. Lolly (born Anna Shantha Kumble (pronounced ''KUUM-blay, Kŭmblā''); 27 June 1977, Sutton Coldfield) is a British singer, dancer and TV presenter. Early life Kumble was born to Jaiker Kumble (who emigrated from India) and Barbara in Sutton Coldfield. She has a brother Paul, and a sister Jodie. Kumble attended The Shrubbery School, Highclare School and Plantsbrook School in Sutton Coldfield. She is a graduate of the London Studio Centre. Career Kumble worked as a model before going into a pop career. Lolly arrived on the British pop music scene in 1999 with the release of her first single, "Viva La Radio". Anna Williamson (born 23 July 1981) is an English television presenter and dating agent. She is the former co-presenter of children's programmes '' Rescue Robots'' ''Toonattik'' and ''Action Stations!'' on CITV. ITV Breakfast Broadcasting Limited (previously known as ''GMTV, GMTV Limited'') is the national ITV (TV network), ITV breakfast television licensee, broadcasting in the United Kingdom. ITV4 is a British free-to-air television channel which first aired on 1 November 2005. It is owned by ITV plc.
