Toasted TV
''Toasted TV'' is an Australian children's television program which aired on Network 10 and later 10 Peach from 22 August 2005 to 18 September 2020. ''Toasted TV'' replaced similar children's program ''Cheez TV'' in the same timeslot. The series originally aired on Network 10 until 25 February 2012, when it moved to 10 Peach (then known as Eleven). It was originally presented by Pip Russell and Dan Sweetman, with the final hosts Ollie McCormack and Lia Walsh. On 13 July 2020, Network 10 announced that ''Toasted TV'' has been axed and that the show would end production in August; the final episode aired on 18 September 2020. Hosts Format The show targeted an audience of 7- to 14-year-olds. Children's television series (or children's television shows) are television programs designed for children, normally scheduled for broadcast during the morning and afternoon when children are awake. They can sometimes run during the early evening, allowing younger children to watch them after school. The purpose of these shows is mainly to entertain or educate. A Diet Coke and Mentos eruption (also known as a soda geyser) is a reaction between the carbonated beverage Diet Coke and Mentos mints that causes the beverage to be expelled from its container. The candies catalyze the release of gas from the beverage (this will work on any drink that is carbonated), which creates an eruption that pushes most of the liquid up and out of the bottle. Lee Marek and "Marek's Kid Scientists" were the first to publicly demonstrate the experiment on the ''Late Show with David Letterman'' in 1999. Wet'n'Wild Gold Coast is a water park situated in Oxenford, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, owned and operated by Village Roadshow Theme Parks.
