Thomas Farnall
Thomas Farnall (1874–1927), popularly known as Tot Farnall, was an English professional footballer who made 70 appearances in the Football League playing as a wing half for Small Heath and Bradford City. He played in Bradford City's first ever league game, in a 2–0 defeat at Grimsby Town, going on to play 25 games in the club's first season. He also played in the Southern League for Bristol Rovers and Watford. Southern Football League
The Southern League is a football competition featuring semi-professional clubs from East Anglia, the South and Midlands of England, and South Wales. Together with the Isthmian League and the Northern Premier League it forms levels seven and eight of the English football league system. The structure of the Southern League has changed several times since its formation in 1894, and currently there are 87 clubs which are divided into four divisions. The Football League
The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, it is the oldest football league in the world, and was the top-level football league in England from its foundation until 1992, when the top 22 clubs split from it to form the Premier League.
