Tarjei Vesaas
Tarjei Vesaas (20 August 1897 – 15 March 1970) was a Norwegian poet and novelist. Vesaas is widely considered to be one of Norway's greatest writers of the twentieth century and perhaps its most important since World War II. Biography Vesaas was born in Vinje, Telemark, Norway to Olav Vesaas (1870–1951), a farmer and Signe Øygarden (1870-1953), a teacher. He was the oldest of three sons. He was guilt-ridden by his refusal to take over the family farm, and this guilt permeates much of his authorship. He spent much of his youth in solitude, seeking comfort and solace in nature. He married the writer Halldis Moren Vesaas (the daughter of Sven Moren and the sister of Sigmund Moren) and moved to Midtbø in his home district of Vinje in 1934. They had two children: a son, Olav Vesaas and a daughter, Guri Vesaas. His authorship covers almost 50 years, from 1923 to 1970. Tarjei Bø
Tarjei Bø (born 29 July 1988) is a Norwegian professional biathlete. Awarded Olympic gold medals, World Championship gold medals and World Cup victories from 2010 to 2022. Bø debuted in the Biathlon World Cup on 26 March 2009 in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia. In the 2010 Winter Olympics he earned his first gold medal in the 4 × 7.5 km biathlon relay. On 10 December 2010 he won the World Cup sprint race in Hochfilzen, his first world cup victory. He also won the following pursuit race and anchored the winning relay team. Bø is the older brother of biathlete Johannes Thingnes Bø. Tarjei won the 2010 to 2011 the biathlon crystal globe, for having the most points overall in the season. Tarjei Sandvik Moe (born 24 May 1999) is a Norwegian actor. He rose to fame with his portrayal of Isak Valtersen, the main character in the third season of Norwegian teen drama series '' Skam''. Tarjei Frugård Strøm (born October 26, 1978 in Bergen, Norway) is a drummer for the Norwegian rock groups Ralph Myerz and the Jack Herren Band and Datarock. He also co-hosted the radio show 'Sexy' on Norwegian radio channel NRK P3, along with Totto Mjelde. Bands Ralph Myerz and The Jack Herren Band The band was formed in 1997 when Erlend Sellevold asked for people to play percussion with him during a party in Bergen. Thomas Lønnheim and Tarjei Strøm showed up through a combination of mutual contacts and high-school friendship. Supposedly a one-time-event, they had so much fun playing together that they decided to form a band, and Ralph Myerz & The Jack Herren Band was formed. Tarjei Dale (born 4 January 1983) is a retired Norwegian professional football player. Club career Dale came to Odd Grenland as a junior player from Gjerpen IF in 2000. He got called up to their main squad in 2002 after playing several games for their reserve team. Tarjei played his first match for Odd Grenland when he played 1 minute against Moss FK in July 2002, that was his only match for the season. In 2006 Odd Grenland played relegation play-off against Bryne FK. In the first match, where Odd Grenland won 3–0 at home, Tarjei scored two goals.
