T. V. Raju
Thotakura Venkata Raju (25 October 1921 – 20 February 1973), popularly known as T. V. Raju, was an Indian music composer who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema. Known for his versatility and significant contributions to both mythological and social drama films, Raju established himself as one of the leading music directors of his time. He worked as an assistant composer to P. Adinarayana Rao in the film '' Palletoori Pilla'' (1950). He acted in a small role in the same film. His debut film as independent music director was ''Tingu Ranga'' (1952) directed by B. A. Subba Rao. His music in the films ''Panduranga Mahatyam'' (1957), '' Sri Krishna Pandaveeyam'' (1966) and '' Sri Krishnavataram'' (1967) is memorable. T. V. Telugu cinema, also known as Tollywood, is the segment of Cinema of India, Indian cinema dedicated to the production of Film, motion pictures in the Telugu language, widely spoken in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. ''Nirupedalu'' () is a 1954 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by Donepudi Krushna Murthy under the Gokul Pictures banner and directed by T. Prakash Rao. ''Bala Nagamma'' is a 1959 Indian Telugu-language fantasy swashbuckler film directed by Vedantam Raghavayya. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao, Anjali Devi, and S. V. Ranga Rao with music composed by T. Vedantam Raghavayya (8 June 1919 –19,October 1971) was an Indian film director, dance choreographer, and actor known for his work in Telugu and Tamil cinema. An accomplished Kuchipudi dancer, he was honoured with the title "Bharata Kala Prapurna" by the Andhra Pradesh government in recognition of his expertise. Kamalakara Kameswara Rao (4 October 1911 – 29 June 1998) was an Indian film director known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, and a few Tamil and Hindi films.
