Nirupedalu
''Nirupedalu'' () is a 1954 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced by Donepudi Krushna Murthy under the Gokul Pictures banner and directed by T. Prakash Rao. It stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Jamuna, with music composed by T. V. Raju. Plot Narayana is young and energetic and leaves his village due to drought and reaches the city for livelihood but fails. Desperate Narayana faints up out of hunger when a rickshaw puller Ranganna shelters him. Ranganna is having a daughter Kamala and a son Ramu. Narayana and Kamala fall in love. Ranganna allocates Narayana a rickshaw by recommending it to their owner Dharmayya. Now Narayana decides to work hard and buy his rickshaw. So, he starts saving money for his owner Dharmayya, after completion of his saving Dharmayya double-crosses and cheats him. Kotayya Pratyagatma
K. Pratyagatma (born Kolli Kotayya Pratyagatma), also known as K. P. Atma (b: 31 October 1925 - d: 8 June 2001) was an Indian film journalist, director and producer known for his works in Telugu and Hindi cinema. He has garnered three National Film Awards. Personal life He was born on 31 October 1925 in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Director K. Vasu is his son. Jamuna (born 30 August 1936) is an Indian actress, director and politician who appeared mainly in Telugu films. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 in Dr. Garikapati Rajarao's ''Puttillu'' (1953), and received her breakthrough with L. V. Prasad '' Missamma'' (1955). Her filmography also includes Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi films. She won a Filmfare Award and an award at Filmfare Awards South. She was a Member of Parliament in the 9th Lok Sabha (1989–1991) representing the Rajahmundry constituency. Raavu Balasaraswathi Devi (born 28 August 1928) is an Indian singer and actress who performed from 1930 to the 1960s in Telugu and Tamil cinema. Akkineni Nageswara Rao (20 September 1923 – 22 January 2014), widely known as ANR, was an Indian actor and producer, known for his works majorly in Telugu cinema.
