Sydney Gregson
Sydney Jasmine Gregson (born 20 January 1996) is an English rugby union player, who currently plays as a centre and wing for Saracens Women in Premiership Women's Rugby, the top-tier competition of women's rugby union in England, and the England national team. Club career Gregson began her top-flight club career at Bristol Ladies, whom she played for between 2015 and 2018, alongside her studies at Hartpury College and then the University of Bath. Following a summer spent playing in Australia for the University of Sydney, Gregson then signed with reigning Premier 15s champions Saracens Women in October 2018. Gregson made her Saracens debut at the start of the 2018–19 Premier 15s season, against former club Bristol. Rugby sevens (commonly known simply as sevens, and originally seven-a-side rugby) is a variant of rugby union in which teams are made up of seven players playing seven-minute halves, instead of the usual 15 players playing 40-minute halves. Rugby sevens is administered by World Rugby, the body responsible for rugby union worldwide. The game is popular at all levels, with amateur and club tournaments generally held in the summer months. Welwyn Rugby Football Club (Commonly abbreviated as Welwyn RFC) is an English rugby union club playing in London 2 North West following their promotion from London 3 North West as runners up at the end of the 2017–18 season. History The club was formed in 1931 as Welwyn (East), after a number of Welsh from the valleys and Scots from the border woollen mills arrived in town to work in the local hosiery factory or in factories such as Murphy Radio, where they formed a rugby club and played on various pitches on the east side of town. 2023–24 Premiership Women's Rugby
The 2023–24 Premiership Women's Rugby is the seventh season of Premiership Women's Rugby, the top-flight domestic women's rugby union club competition in England. Sponsored by Allianz for the fourth consecutive season, it is the first season under the rebranded banner of Premiership Women's Rugby, succeeding six seasons under Premier 15s branding. The 2022–23 Premier 15s is the 6th season of the Premier 15s, the highest tier of English domestic women's rugby union competition (the 24th season including editions of the previous Women's Premiership), and the 3rd to be sponsored by Allianz. The medial collateral ligament (MCL), also called the superficial medial collateral ligament (sMCL) or tibial collateral ligament (TCL), is one of the major ligaments of the knee. Anterior Cruciate Ligament
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is one of a pair of cruciate ligaments (the other being the posterior cruciate ligament) in the human knee. The two ligaments are called "cruciform" ligaments, as they are arranged in a crossed formation.
