Sven Nieuwpoort (born 13 April 1993) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a right back for Excelsior in the Eredivisie. Club career Ajax Sven Nieuwpoort joined the youth ranks of Ajax in 2003 at the age of 10. He worked his way up through the youth ranks, until he signed his first professional contract, a two-year deal with Ajax on 21 December 2011, binding him to the club until July 2014. He was given the number 38 shirt and was on Frank de Boer's list of registered players for the 2012–13 UEFA Champions League campaign, practicing with the first team in De Lutte during trainingscamp, and playing alongside them in friendly encounters during the pre-season. Den Helder () is a municipality and a city in the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. Den Helder occupies the northernmost point of the North Holland peninsula. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. The KNVB Beker (; en, KNVB Cup), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. Deventer (; Sallands: ) is a city and municipality in the Salland historical region of the province of Overijssel, Netherlands. In 2020, Deventer had a population of 100,913. Johann Georg Friedrich "Fred" Grim (born 17 August 1965) is a Dutch football coach and former player who most recently worked as head coach of Willem II. A former goalkeeper, Grim represented Ajax and Cambuur during his playing career. Playing career Grim began his career in the youth department of JOS from the Watergraafsmeer district of Amsterdam.
