Abdullahi Yusuf Ribadu
Abdullahi Yusufu Ribadu (born September 2, 1960) is a Nigerian academic and professor of Veterinary Reproduction. He was the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Yola, Nigeria (from 2004 to 2009). He also served as the pioneer Vice-Chancellor of Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State, Nigeria (from 2013-2018). The National Universities Commission (NUC) is a government commission for promoting quality higher education in Nigeria. Situated in Abuja, it was established in 1962 as an advisory agency in the cabinet office. In 1974, it became a statutory body and its first executive secretary was professor Jibril Aminu.
