Stoke Lodge
Stoke Lodge is a suburb of Bristol, England, developed in the 1950s and early 1960s on farmland to the south of Patchway Common, South Gloucestershire and east of the A38 trunk road. Although the busy London to South Wales railway forms the south-western boundary of the estate, the sound of the trains is moderated by the railway tracks being within a cutting. The new town of Bradley Stoke lies immediately to the east, whilst the suburb of Little Stoke is on its southern edge. Stoke Lodge housing is mostly chalet bungalows, but there is a fairly large bungalow estate in the north. Stoke Lodge takes its name from the old lodge house on Stoke Lane, an access road that runs through the estate. Part of the original walled lodge served for many years as a local dairy. There is a primary school, and adult learning centre. An interchange on the A38 allows traffic from Cribbs Causeway, Patchway, etc. to cross the trunk road freely and gain access to the estate. South Gloucestershire
South Gloucestershire is a unitary authority area in the ceremonial county of Gloucestershire, South West England. Towns in the area include Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Kingswood, Thornbury, Filton, Patchway and Bradley Stoke. The southern part of its area falls within the Greater Bristol urban area surrounding the city of Bristol. South Gloucestershire was created in 1996 to replace the Northavon district of the abolished county of Avon. It is separate from Gloucestershire County Council, but is part of the ceremonial county and shares Gloucestershire's Lord Lieutenant (the Sovereign's representative to the county). Filton and Bradley Stoke is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2024 by Claire Hazelgrove from the Labour Party. Patchway
Patchway is a town and civil parish in South Gloucestershire, England, situated north-north west of central Bristol. The town has become an overflow settlement for Bristol and is contiguous with Bristol's urban area, along with the nearby towns of Filton and Bradley Stoke. Patchway is twinned with Clermont l'Herault, France, and Gauting, Germany. It was established as a civil parish in 1953, becoming separate from the parish of nearby Almondsbury. A38 Road
The A38, parts of which are known as Devon Expressway, Bristol Road and Gloucester Road, Bristol, Gloucester Road, is a major A-class trunk road in England. The road runs from Bodmin in Cornwall to Mansfield in Nottinghamshire. It is long, making it the longest two digit A road in England. It was formerly known as the ''Leeds–Exeter Trunk Road'', when this description also included the A61. Bradley Stoke

Little Stoke
Little Stoke is a village in the parish of Stoke Gifford, situated in South Gloucestershire, England. It is surrounded by Patchway, Stoke Gifford and Bradley Stoke. Home to Patchway railway station, a minor stop on the railway network, the Rail tracks, railway line separates Little Stoke from the large Rolls-Royce Limited, Rolls-Royce factories in nearby Filton. Gipsy Patch Lane Bridge provides access under the line. Little Stoke is home to a large playing field and a community hall. The community hall is now home to a café - ‘Little Stoke Community Cafe’.
