Stojan Petruševski (born 10 December 1964 in Skopje, Macedonia) is a retired Macedonian handball player who played mainly for Vardar Vatrostalna. Its last team was RK Vardar Vatrosalna in 2003. Skopje
Skopje ( , ; ; , sq-definite, Shkupi) is the capital and largest city of North Macedonia. RK Vardar
RK Vardar 1961 () is a professional handball club from Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Vardar is the most successful handball team in the country, having won 15-fifteen national Macedonian Handball Super League, League titles and 17-seventeen Macedonian Handball Cup, League Cup titles. The Macedonian national handball team is the national handball team of North Macedonia. The team is run by the Macedonian Handball Federation, the governing body of handball in North Macedonia. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball, Olympic handball or indoor handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the opposing team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins. Modern handball is played on a court of , with a goal in the middle of each end.
