Steven Bowditch
Steven Bowditch (born 8 June 1983) is an Australian professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour and the PGA Tour of Australasia. Bowditch was born in Newcastle, New South Wales. He had a distinguished amateur career, which includes medalist honours at the 2001 Australian Amateur. Bowditch plays on the PGA Tour of Australasia and previously played on its developmental Von Nida Tour. He also plays in the United States, where he has alternated between the PGA Tour and the Nationwide Tour for varied success. He won the 2005 Jacob's Creek Open Championship, co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour of Australasia and the Nationwide Tour, on the way to finishing fourth on the Nationwide Tour's money list. This earned Bowditch a PGA Tour card for the first time in 2006. He played in 22 events, but only made two cuts in his debut season and returned to the Nationwide Tour in 2007. Charley Hoffman
Charley Lindley Hoffman (born December 27, 1976) is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. Early years and amateur career Born in San Diego, California, Hoffman won the California state high school championship in 1994 and 1995, becoming the first two-time winner. He graduated from Poway High School in 1995. He qualified three times for the Buick Invitational as an amateur. In college, Hoffman was a member of the 1998 NCAA championship team at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He was an honorable mention All-American in the same year. While at UNLV, his teammates included Chris Riley, Chad Campbell, Bill Lunde, and Adam Scott. He graduated in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in communications and turned pro. Changes for 2014–15 *One new event was added ( Barbasol Championship) and the Sanderson Farms Championship made a return. *Winners of the Arnold Palmer Invitational and Memorial Tournament were for the first time given three-year exemptions and invitations to the next three Players Championships. *For the first time, the conditional status category (126th to 150th in the FedEx Cup) was regularly reshuffled, like the Web.com Tour graduate and past champion categories. 2015 Presidents Cup
The 2015 Presidents Cup was the 11th Presidents Cup, played at the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea in Incheon, South Korea from 8–11 October. It was the first time the Presidents Cup was played in Asia. The United States won for the sixth successive time with a 15–14 victory over the International team. The third day consisted of four matches of foursomes and four matches of fourball. The host team captain decided the order, fourball vs. foursomes, on the first three days. 2016 Masters Tournament
The 2016 Masters Tournament was the 80th edition of the Masters Tournament, held April 7–10 at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Danny Willett won his first major championship, three strokes ahead of runners-up Lee Westwood and defending champion Jordan Spieth. Spieth suffered one of the biggest collapses in Masters history. Spieth led the tournament from the first round and built a five-shot lead going to the back nine on Sunday, but lost six shots to par over the next three holes culminating in a quadruple-bogey on the 12th hole where he hit two balls into Rae's Creek. Willett shot a bogey-free 67 to overtake Spieth when the leader faltered on the back nine. Jason Day
Jason Day (born 12 November 1987) is an Australian professional golfer, PGA Tour member and winner of the 2015 PGA Championship. He is a former world number one in the World Golf Ranking, having first achieved the ranking in September 2015. Day first broke into the world's top ten in June 2011, rising to world number nine after his runner-up finish at the U.S. Open. In February 2014, Day won his first WGC title, the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship and would win it for a second time in 2016.
