Stepan Leidtorp (born 21 July 1902 in Kaiu Parish, Harju County) was an Estonian politician. He was a member of V Riigikogu. He was a member of the Riigikogu since 25 January 1935. Harju County
Harju County ( et, Harju maakond or ''Harjumaa''), is one of the fifteen counties of Estonia. It is situated in Northern Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland, and borders Lääne-Viru County to the east, Järva County to the southeast, Rapla County to the south, and Lääne County to the southwest.
