Stayers Chase Triple Crown
The Stayers Chase Triple Crown was a Betfair initiative started in 2005 called 'Betfair Million' to award £1 million prize for any horse who wins in the same season the Betfair Chase at Haydock in November, the King George VI Chase at Kempton on Boxing Day and the Cheltenham Gold Cup at the Cheltenham Festival. In the following season it suffered a couple alterations which included the Lexus Chase as an alternative for the King George VI Chase or winning the Grand National whilst being placed in top two at any race at the Cheltenham Festival. Cue Card (horse)
Cue Card (30 April 2006 – 23 December 2022) was a British Thoroughbred racehorse. A specialist steeplechaser, he won fifteen of his thirty-three races, including nine at Grade I level. He was a leading performer in National Hunt flat races, winning the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival. He was less successful over hurdles but emerged as a top-class performer when tried over larger obstacles. He won the Haldon Gold Cup, Ascot Chase and Ryanair Chase in the 2012–13 National Hunt season and the Betfair Chase in the 2013–14 season. Galopin Des Champs (foaled 12 May 2016) is a French-bred Irish-Trained thoroughbred racehorse competing in National Hunt racing. He won the 2023 Cheltenham Gold Cup, ridden by his regular jockey Paul Townend. A Plus Tard (foaled 6 February 2014) is a French-bred thoroughbred racehorse competing in National Hunt racing. Career A Plus Tard was bred in France by Mme Henri Devin and raced five times in the country in 2017 and 2018, never finishing outside of the top three. A Plus Tard won twice, at Saint-Brieuc and Auteuil. In May 2018, A Plus Tard was gelded and in October of that year the horse was sold privately to Cheveley Park Stud and moved to Henry De Bromhead in Ireland. Minella Indo (foaled 18 April 2013) is an Irish racehorse who competes in National Hunt racing. He was one of the leading Novices' Hurdlers 2018/19 season when he recorded Grade 1 victories in the Spa Novices' Hurdle and Irish Daily Mirror Novice Hurdle. Might Bite (born 20 June 2009) is a retired Irish-bred, British trained thoroughbred racehorse. He won four Group 1 races before being retired in 2021.
