Stadion Hristo Botev (Plovdiv)
Stadion Hristo Botev () is a football stadium in the Kamenitsa neighbourhood of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It is the home of Botev Plovdiv. Originally named ''The College'', it is still popular by this name amongst fans, as in the early 20th century the pitch was owned by Saint Augustine Catholic College. The stadium hosted the 2000 Bulgarian Cup Final. Since the middle of 2014 the stadium's reconstruction is on hold, due to the lack of financing. It is estimated that nearly €15,000,000 are needed in order for it to be completed. Since then, finances have been found and the reconstruction of the stadium is currently ongoing. UEFA stadium categories are categories for association football, football stadiums laid out in UEFA's Stadium Infrastructure Regulations. Corporate Commercial Bank AD (), commonly called Corpbank, was a Bulgarian bank. Corpbank was a universal bank, serving both as a traditional commercial bank, as well as an investment bank. Komatevo
Komatevo () is a neighbourhood of the city of Plovdiv, southern Bulgaria. It has 6,500 inhabitants. Komatevo was a village up to 1969 when it was incorporated into Plovdiv together with Proslav. The neighbourhood is connected to the city center through the Komatevo highway. There are also roads to the villages of Markovo and Parvenets. History The first sources for the existence of Komatevo are from 1477. The settlement was formed by Christian soldiers enjoying special privileges in the Ottoman Empire. Every year for a six months period (from 1 April to 2 October) they took care of the sultan's stables near Plovdiv or participated in the convoy of the imperial army during campaigns. According to one of the legends, when the sultan passed through the village for the first time, he was impressed by how small it was and said: "It's as small as a loaf of bread!"("Комат" in Bulgarian). Botev 1912 Football Complex
Nikola Shterev - Starika Sports Complex () or simply Starika is a football complex in Komatevo, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It serves as the training grounds of Botev Plovdiv and as a home to its reserve team and youth academy. For nearly ten years, from late 2013 to April 2023, the first team used the venue for training sessions and official matches, while their stadium, the Hristo Botev Stadium, was being reconstructed. 2015 UEFA European Under-17 Championship
The 2015 UEFA European Under-17 Championship was the 14th edition of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship (33rd edition if the Under-16 era was also included), the annual European youth football competition contested by the men's under-17 national teams of the member associations of UEFA. Bulgaria hosted the tournament. The finals featured 16 teams for the first time since 2002, as the number of teams was increased from eight in the previous tournament. Stadion Plovdiv () is a multi-purpose stadium in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. It is currently used mostly for athletics championships. The stadium holds 55,000 since 2008. The stadium was built in 1950. The stadium initially had a capacity of about 30,000 spectators and had lights. Near the end of the 1980s, a substantial renovation and expansion project began, but was never finished due to a lack of funding. PFC Levski Sofia () is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Sofia, which competes in the First League, the top division of the Bulgarian football league system.
