Sreevariki Prema Lekha
''Srivariki Premalekha'' () is a 1984 Telugu-language romantic comedy film written, and directed by Jandhyala; and produced by Cherukuri Ramoji Rao. The story is based on a Novel titled ''Premalekha'', published in "Chatura" magazine, written by Potturi Vijayalakshmi. It is also commercial hit during that period, with many actors subsequently established in the cinema field. The film won a Filmfare Award South and a Nandi Award. The film was remade in Tamil as ''Porutham'' with Naresh and Poornima reprising their roles. Jandhyala Subrahmanya Sastry (14 January 1951 – 19 June 2001), known mononymously by his surname Jandhyala, was an Indian film director, screenwriter, playwright, and actor known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He is popularly known as Hasya Brahma (). In a career spanning more than two decades, he directed over 40 films and wrote the dialogue for more than 300 films. Nutan Prasad
Tadinada Varaprasad popularly known as Nutan Prasad (12 December 1945 – 30 March 2011) was an Indian actor who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. Veturi Sundararama Murthy (29 January 1936 – 22 May 2010), known mononymously by his surname Veturi, was an Indian poet, lyricist and journalist who is popular for writing Telugu songs. His career in the Telugu cinema spanned more than four decades. He was highly admired and cherished for his deep and thoughtful lyrics in Telugu songs. Potti Prasad (born Kavivarapu Prasada Rao) was an Indian actor who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema. He was introduced to the films by Jandhyala. His notable roles include Chantabbai and Sagara Sangamam.
