''Soundsystem_01'' is Hybrid's first mix album with Hope Recordings. It was released on 14 July 2008 through Hope Recordings in the UK and then in the United States on 5 August 2008 through Nettwerk. The album also contains remixes of music from artists like Trentemøller, Massive Attack and Andy Page as well as music by movie composers Harry Gregson-Williams and John Murphy. Hybrid Remixed
''Re_Mixed'' (also known as ''Hybrid Remixed'') is a two disc compilation album released in 2007, featuring remixes of songs by Hybrid. It was released with Distinctive Records on 22 October 2007. Hybrid had nothing to do with the compilation's release, as it was meant to be their final release on Distinct'ive Records. However, despite being managed by Hope Recordings, Hybrid still released their next few releases on Distinctive. Track list Promo Version A promotional version of ''Hybrid Remixed'' was released a couple of weeks before the official release. The promo version includes a different track list, including 17 tracks, over 2 discs. It includes a longer version of Cascade (featured on Scores), a different version of Future Funk Squad's remix of "Sleepwalking" and an extra remix of "Finished Symphony" and an instrumental version of Jerome Sydenham's remix of "If I Survive". David Sylvian
David Sylvian (born David Alan Batt, 23 February 1958) is an English musician, singer and songwriter who came to prominence in the late 1970s as frontman and principal songwriter of the band Japan. The band's androgynous look and increasingly electronic sound made them an important influence on the UK's early-1980s New Romantic scene. Following their break-up, Sylvian embarked on a solo career with his debut album ''Brilliant Trees'' (1984). His solo work has been described by AllMusic as "far-ranging and esoteric", and has included collaborations with artists such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Robert Fripp, Holger Czukay, Jon Hassell, Bill Nelson and Fennesz. Hybrid (Welsh Band)
Hybrid is a British electronic music duo consisting of Mike and Charlotte Truman. The group was formed in 1995 by Mike Truman, Chris Healings, and Lee Mullin. At the time they were primarily known as a breakbeat collective, although they overlapped considerably with progressive house and trance. Their 1999 single, " Finished Symphony" was their first charting release and their debut studio album, '' Wide Angle'', was released that year to critical acclaim.
