Sorin Dorel Colceag (born 11 March 1972) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player. Club career During his career Colceag played with Unirea Focșani, Dinamo București, Universitatea Cluj, Național București, Rocar București, Croatian NK Zagreb, Politehnica Iași, Belgian Lokeren, Mexican Tigres Ciudad de Juarez, Argeș Pitești, Czech Viktoria Plzeň, Greek clubs Panionios and Panserraikos and finished his career back in Romania with FC Brașov in 2006. Buzău
Buzău (; formerly spelled ''Buzeu'' or ''Buzĕu'') is a city in the historical region of Muntenia, Romania, and the county seat of Buzău County. The 1991–92 Divizia B was the 52nd season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format has been maintained to three series, each of them having 18 teams. At the end of the season, the winners of the series promoted to Liga I, Divizia A and the last six places from each series relegated to Liga III, Divizia C. The number of the relegated teams was increased due to reducing the number of the teams in the league from 54 to 36, starting with the next season. The Liga 2, most commonly spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07 football season. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company under the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Since its inception in 1934, Liga II has had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table.
