Solo Leveling Season 1
''Solo Leveling'' is an anime television series based on Chugong's South Korean web novel of the same name. It is produced by A-1 Pictures and directed by Shunsuke Nakashige, with writing the scripts, Tomoko Sudo designing the characters, and Hiroyuki Sawano composing the music. The first season was originally scheduled for 2023, but was delayed and later aired from January 7 to March 31, 2024, on Tokyo MX and other networks. The story takes place in a world where there are passages called "Gates" that connect another dimension to the present world, and where people with special abilities called "Hunters" exist. One day, Sung Jin-woo, the lowest-ranked Hunter, known as the weakest weapon of humanity, suddenly gains the power to "level up" on his own. A recap sequence (or recap, often announced as "Previously on...") is a narrative device used by many television series to bring the viewer up to date with the current events of the stories' plot. It is usually a short (between 20 and 40 seconds) montage of important scenes cut directly from previous episodes, usually short bursts of dialogue, which serve to lay the background for the following episode. is a Japanese light novel writer and translator. Born in Kanagawa prefecture. He is from Keio University Fantasy Study Group. When he was a college student, he posted a coterie translation of an English tabletop RPG "TORG" supplement to Shinkigensha, which was publishing a translated version of this game at the time, and became a member of the translation team because of his ability. Since then, he has expanded his range of activities to translating American comics and writing novels. Kaiho has had experience teaming up with Kazutaka Kodaka.
