Slav Simanic
Slav Simanic is Toronto-based guitarist. Simanic's music advances a Christian message through its occasional use of spoken word quotes taken from the Bible. Biography Born in Smederevo, Serbia, Simanic started to play guitar at the age of 12. In the early 1990s, he started an instrumental rock band: Bride - the band played clubs, guitar festivals and received radio airplay. In 1993, his single, "Water of Life" was named the best song of the year on one of the most popular Serbian radio station Radio Belgrade and its show ''501'' under the program Beograd 202. To pursue his musical career Slav relocated to Canada in December 1994. In 1995, Simanic joined the Canadian progressive metal band Eidolon. He began his professional career at age 12 after receiving a guitar as a Christmas present. Jason Eli Becker (born July 22, 1969) is an American composer and former guitarist. At the age of 16, he became part of the Shrapnel Records-produced duo Cacophony with his friend Marty Friedman, and they released two albums, '' Speed Metal Symphony'' (1987) and '' Go Off!'' (1988). Since the dissolution of Cacophony in 1989, Becker has undertaken a solo career, releasing seven albums since his 1988 debut '' Perpetual Burn''. He later joined David Lee Roth's solo band and recorded one album with him, '' A Little Ain't Enough''. Becker's performing career was cut short by amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), which he was diagnosed with in 1989. Jeffrey Victor Watson (born November 5, 1956) is an American guitarist originally known as one of the founding members and lead guitarist of the hard rock band Night Ranger, in which he has played as co-guitarist with guitarist Brad Gillis. Watson developed his signature eight-fingered tapping technique during his time in the band. Watson appeared as a special guest on Douglas Docker's Docker's Guild project. Anders Johansson (born 25 May 1962) is a Swedish musician, best known as the former drummer of HammerFall and Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force. He currently plays in the power metal band Tungsten.
