Shen Haobo
Shen Haobo () is a Chinese poet and publisher, born in 1976 in Taixing, Jiangsu province. He graduated from the Chinese department of Beijing Normal University in 1999. Shen Haobo began publishing and writing poetry in 1996 and had his first official publication in 1998 with "Who was joking on 1990s"(谁在拿90年代开涮) He is identified with the Lower Body Poets and the Post 70s Generation. Shen Haobo founded publishing company Xiron in 2001, which became one of the largest private-owned publishing companies in China. It buys the rights to books from established publishing houses and republishes for a discounted price in great quantities. Xiron published Chun Sue's "Beijing Doll". Post 70s Generation
Post 70s Generation is a literary critical term in Chinese contemporary literature, which refers to the new generation of writers who were born after 1970 in China. In some criticism these writers have also been described as the 'Post Cultural Revolution Generation', or 'Post Maoism Generation' as they grew up after Mao's death. Background This concept firstly appeared in Shanghai's literary magazine 'Fiction World'(小说界) in 1996, as a column for young writers born after 1970 (whom were still in early 20s at that time), and then it was widely used in literary criticism from 1990s to early 21st century in China, until the 'Post 80s Generation' emerged soon after. Han Han (born September 23, 1982) is a Chinese best-selling author, professional rally driver, singer, creator of ''Party'', One (App magazine) and China's most popular blogger. He has published seven novels to date, and is represented by the Hong Kong-based Peony Literary Agency. He is also involved in music production. Guo Jingming (; born June 6, 1983), also known as Edward Guo, is a Chinese young adult writer. In addition to being an author and businessperson, Guo is also a teen pop idol and popular celebrity figure. On the other hand, Guo is a polarizing figure. In 2007, he was voted on Tianya.com, one of the country's biggest online forums, as China's "most hated male celebrity" for the third year in a row. Yet three of his four novels have sold over a million copies each, and by 2007, he was one of the best selling authors in China. Guo is the president of Ke Ai Entertainment Company, which was established in 2004 by himself. Ke Ai mainly produces teen magazines such as "Top Novel" and "Island". The Lower Body Poets ("lower body:" Chinese 下半身, pinyin: ''xiaban shen'' or ''xià bàn shēn'') are a movement of poets in China in the early 21st century. Taixing
Taixing () is a county-level city under the administration of Taizhou, Jiangsu province, China. It is located in the Yangtze River Delta, bordering the prefecture-level cities of Nantong to the east, Changzhou to the southwest, and Zhenjiang to the west. History The southern Hailin county was taken away to create Taixing in 938, it was administrated by Taizhou. It was under the jurisdiction of Yangzhou during the era of Yuan and Ming, but was transferred to Tongzhou later. It was returned to Yangzhou in 1953, and became a county-level city in 1992.
