Shafie Effendy
Soldadu ( U) Mohammad Shafie bin Haji Mohammad Efenddy (born 4 August 1995) is a Bruneian international footballer who plays for MS ABDB of the Brunei Super League and the Brunei national football team. He is adept at playing on either flank or as a striker. Club career Shafie started his club career with the Brunei Youth Team in 2011, playing in the Brunei Premier League II. He then laced up for IKLS FC in the 2014 Brunei Premier League. The following year, he played for Tabuan Muda, a league team that was formed by the NFABD to prepare for international competitions. They finished fifth in the 2015 and 2016 seasons of the Brunei Super League. Shafie moved to Indera SC in 2017. He scored his first two goals for Indera on 10 September against Menglait FC which finished 4–0. On 26 September, Shafie scored a hattrick in a 6–0 victory over Najip I-Team. The Brunei Super League (''Liga Super Brunei'' in Malay) is a Bruneian professional league for association football. It is at the top flight of the Bruneian football league system and it is managed by the Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD). 2016 Brunei Super League
The 2016 Brunei Super League (also known as the DST Super League for sponsorship reasons) was the 4th season of the Brunei Super League, the top Bruneian professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2012. The season began on 12 March 2016 and concluded on 30 September 2016. MS ABDB came into the season as defending champions of the 2015 season. Kota Ranger and Kasuka entered as the two promoted teams from the Premier League. NFABD concluded the league after only one round, which meant that MS ABDB retained the title with seven wins out of nine. 2015 Brunei Super League
The 2015 Brunei Super League is the third season of the Brunei Super League. It is organized by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam and sponsored by DST Group. On 23 October 2015, MS ABDB clinched the title with two games left to play. A 6–1 victory over Kilanas FC had put them 13 points ahead of second-placed Indera SC, guaranteeing the Armymen's first league title since 1985. On 25 October 2015, the match between Tabuan Muda and Indera SC was initially ruled as a 3-0 walkover to Tabuan Muda after a third sending-off of an Indera player. However, this was against tournament rules (based on the Laws of the Game) which ruled that a match cannot continue with seven players in a team, and the referee of that match was deemed to have made an error of judgment. Ikatan Kampong Lurong Sekuna — Mulaut Ban 5 Football Club or simply IKLS-MB5 FC is a football club in Brunei, playing in the Brunei Super League. It takes its name from Kampong Lorong Sikuna in Peramu, Kampong Ayer, coupled with the Ban 5 section of Kampong Mulaut. History Ikatan Kampong Lurong Sekuna or Lurong Sekuna Village Union is an association that has existed since the early 1970s.
