Shadow Fighters
Shadow Fighters were a group of superpowered and non-superpowered DC Comics characters brought together, under the supervision of Amanda Waller, for the sole purpose of battling Eclipso in the ''Eclipso'' comic series. They were brought together in issue #11 (September 1993) and disbanded through attrition in issue #13 (November 1993). They were created by Robert Loren Fleming and Audwynn Jermaine Newman. History Eclipso's takeover of a small, South American country is investigated originally by the small team of Bruce Gordon, Mona Bennet and the noted explorer Cave Carson. Cave is attacked by Eclipso's forces, has both his legs broken and is left outside the border of the country. The slightly mad hero Creeper, along with Bruce and Mona, have several adventures inside Eclipso's country, from which they barely escape. Wildcat (Yolanda Montez) is a fictional superheroine in DC Comics' shared universe, the DC universe. Doctor Mid-Nite
Doctor Mid-Nite (or Doctor Midnight) is the name of multiple superheroes published in American comic books by DC Comics. The original version of the character was first created by writer Charles Reizenstein and artist Stanley Josephs Aschmeier in 1941, debuting in '' All-American Comics'' #25 (April 1941). All versions of the character are depicted as blinded superheroes capable of seeing in darkness and serve as physicians of normal and metahuman superheroes of the DC Universe. Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes)
Jaime Reyes is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Keith Giffen, John Rogers, and Cully Hamner, the character made his first appearance in '' Infinite Crisis'' #3 (February 2006). Jaime Reyes is the third character to assume the mantle of Blue Beetle, but is substantially different from his predecessors. Chunk (Chester P. Runk) is a fictional character appearing in comics published by DC Comics. He first appeared in ''The Flash'' (vol. 2) #9 (February 1988) and was created by Mike Baron and Jackson Guice. Chester P. Runk appeared in ''The Flash'' starting in the sixth season, portrayed by Brandon McKnight. Fictional character biography Chester Runk is a Maverick physicist and engineer who develops a "matter transmitting machine", a primitive long-range teleportation device. Manhunter (comics)
Manhunter is the name of several fictional characters appearing in comic books published by DC Comics and Quality Comics. Paul Kirk, Rick Nelson, Paul Kirk "Paul Kirk, Manhunter" was a crime series that ran in ''Adventure Comics'' #58–72 (Jan. 1941 – March 1942). In this original incarnation, Kirk was a non-costumed investigator who helped police solve crimes. The word "manhunter" in the title was merely an epithet describing Kirk's role and was not a name, nickname, or alias used by Kirk in the stories. However, Paul Kirk was re-imagined as a kind of superhero called Manhunter in the 1970s, so he retroactively became comics' first Manhunter despite not possessing the name before the Quality or Simon & Kirby characters (below). Commander Steel (also known as Captain Steel, Citizen Steel and Sergeant Steel) is the name of three superheroes appearing in media published by DC Comics, all members of the same family. The first Steel appeared in ''Steel, The Indestructible Man'' #1 (1978), and was created by Gerry Conway and Don Heck. His stories were set in World War II.
