"Seen the Light" is a song by English rock band Supergrass. It was the third single from their fourth album ''Life on Other Planets''. It was the first Supergrass release on DVD and reached number 22 on the UK Singles Chart when it was released in January 2003. The B-Side "The Loner" is a cover version of a Neil Young song. Music video The video begins with the statement "All the world await this human drama, of man's faith in God", which then leads straight to the start of the song itself. It is mainly black-and-white footage (however, there is a brief period of colour film around the middle eight) of music concert goers, people experiencing religious revelations and preacher men. The video ends with a wild audience applauding 1950s teen idol Fabian Forte, and finally a preacher proclaiming; "When you get to heaven, it'll all be out, and over." For the majority of the band's tenure, the line-up consisted of brothers Gaz (lead vocals, guitar) and Rob Coombes (keyboards), Mick Quinn (bass, backing vocals) and Danny Goffey (drums, backing vocals). Originally a three-piece, the band was officially joined by Rob Coombes in 2002. The band signed to Parlophone Records in 1994 and produced '' I Should Coco'' (1995), the best-selling debut album for the label since the Beatles' '' Please Please Me''. Never Done Nothing Like That Before (song)
''Never Done Nothing Like That Before'' was the first single from Supergrass's fourth album Life on Other Planets and was released in July 2002. As a vinyl-only release with only 2500 pressings, the single only reached #75 in the UK Singles Chart. The single version is slightly longer than the album version as the end of the album's previous track (featuring fireworks being set off by Danny Goffey) is used as an introduction. The website, ''Children of the Monkey Basket'', explains the song in further detail – "First release of the century, and what a corker. "Rush Hour Soul" is a song by the Britpop band Supergrass. It was the fourth and final single from their fourth album ''Life on Other Planets''. The single failed to chart in the US, and was outside the Top 75 in the UK upon its release in August 2003, but this was probably because it was released around ten months after ''Life on Other Planets''. "It's about losing reality and just being really off your head," said Danny Goffey. "You could be really drugged up or stricken by madness, and then it's about just needing an escape to get out of that.
