Majerhat Metro Station
Majerhat metro station is an operational metro station on Purple Line of Kolkata Metro. It is the terminal station of the first phase 1 of this line and the first and only station built over an existing railway network, from Joka to Majerhat. The line was sanctioned in India's railway budget of 2010–11, but due to various hurdles, construction was delayed and missed multiple deadlines. Sealdah Metro Station
Sealdah (also known as DTDC Sealdah Metro for sponsorship reasons) is an important underground metro station on the East-West corridor of the Green Line of Kolkata Metro, located in Sealdah, Kolkata. The underground station adjoins with the Sealdah railway station of the Indian Railways on its eastern side. The Sealdah Court is on the west side of the station, the Sealdah Flyover (Vidyapati Setu) is on the northern side of the station. There is a pedestrian subway linking the metro station with the railway station. Sagar Island
Sagar Island is an island in the Ganges delta, lying on the Continental Shelf, continental shelf of Bay of Bengal about 100 km (54 nautical miles) south of Kolkata.
