Sanjit Acharya (1953 – 9 December 2024) was a Bangladeshi singer, composer, playwright and lyricist from Chattogram. He is best known for his song O Re Sampanwala, which was used in his play ''Sampanwala''. Life and career Sanjit Acharya was a Bangladeshi singer, composer, playwright, and lyricist from Chattogram. He is best known for his song O Re Sampanwala, which was used in his play ''Sampanwala''. His other notable creations include Amar Moner Bedona Bondhu Chara Jane Na and Banshkhali Moishkhali Pal Uraiya Dile Sampan Gur Gurai Chole. He wrote two plays: Sampanwala and Sonai Bandhu. Both were later turned into films. Sanjit Biswas (born 1982) is an American billionaire businessman, computer scientist who is the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Samsara, a publicly traded Internet of Things company headquartered in San Francisco, California that provides software for physical operations. Previously, Biswas was co-founder and CEO of Meraki, Inc (now Cisco Meraki), a cloud-managed networking company now part of Cisco Systems. Early life and education Biswas was born in 1982 and attended Lynbrook High School in San José, California, graduating in 1998. Sanjit Narwekar (born 8 May 1952) is an Indian documentary filmmaker scriptwriter and author. A 1967 alumni of Bombay Scottish High School, Mumbai, he completed his Bachelor's in Statistics (1974) and his Master's in Economics (1976) from the University of Mumbai. Early career He began writing in 1969 while he was still in college and has more than 2500 articles to his credit in the last 50 years. During his post graduation he worked at the National Institute of Bank Management but opted to work in journalism soon after he had completed his Masters. Sanjit De Silva (born 31 October 1976) is a Sri Lankan actor and director who is known for his roles in ''The Company Men'' and '' American Desi''. Early life De Silva was born in Colombo and graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
