Sam Fife
Samuel Drew Fife Jr. (September 1, 1925 – April 26, 1979) was an ex-Baptist preacher who founded and became the principal leader of an international non-denominational Charismatic movement, Charismatic Christian group known as "The Move: Sam Fife, The Move" and the "Body of Christ". Fife's followers regard him as a modern-day apostle and prophet. Early life and ministry Sam Fife was born in 1925 in Miami, Florida, the son of Samuel Drew Fife, Sr., and Maude Iva Cox. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II. He graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in March 1957 and received the Baptism in the Holy Spirit experience while pastoring Bible Baptist Church in the city. He was called to Miami, where his first church called "The Miami Revival Center" was located in an old frame building on 22nd Street. Old Testament
The Old Testament (OT) is the first division of the Christian biblical canon, which is based primarily upon the 24 books of the Hebrew Bible, or Tanakh, a collection of ancient religious Hebrew and occasionally Aramaic writings by the Israelites. The second division of Christian Bibles is the New Testament, written in Koine Greek. The Old Testament consists of many distinct books by various authors produced over a period of centuries. Judgment Day
The Last Judgment is a concept found across the Abrahamic religions and the '' Frashokereti'' of Zoroastrianism. Christianity considers the Second Coming of Jesus Christ to entail the final judgment by God of all people who have ever lived, resulting in the salvation of a few and the damnation of many. Some Christian denominations believe most people will be saved, some believe most people will be damned, and some believe the number of the saved and of the damned is unknown. The concept of the Last Judgment is found in all the canonical gospels, particularly in the Gospel of Matthew. The priesthood of Melchizedek is a role in Abrahamic religions, modelled on Melchizedek, combining the dual position of king and priest. Hebrew Bible Melchizedek is a king and priest appearing in the Book of Genesis. The name means "King of Righteousness" – a name echoing kingly and priestly functions. He is the first individual to be given the title ''Kohen'' (priest) in the Hebrew Bible. In Psalms In the King James Version the Book of Psalms 110:4 names Melchizedek as representative of the priestly line through which a future king of Israel's Davidic line was ordained.
