Salta Province
Salta () is a Provinces of Argentina, province of Argentina, located in the northwest of the country. Neighboring provinces are from the east clockwise Formosa Province, Formosa, Chaco Province, Chaco, Santiago del Estero Province, Santiago del Estero, Tucumán Province, Tucumán and Catamarca Province, Catamarca. It also surrounds Jujuy Province, Jujuy. To the north it borders Bolivia and Paraguay and to the west lies Chile. The Chamber of Deputies (), officially the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, is the lower house of the Argentine National Congress (). It is made up of 257 national deputies who are elected in multi-member constituencies corresponding with the territories of the 23 provinces of Argentina (plus the Federal Capital) by party list proportional representation. Formosa Province () is a province in northeastern Argentina, part of the Gran Chaco Region. Formosa's northeast end touches Asunción, Paraguay, and the province borders the provinces of Chaco and Salta to its south and west, respectively. The capital is Formosa. Juan Carlos Romero (born 16 November 1950) is an Argentine Justicialist Party politician and senator, and was Governor of Salta for 12 years. The former Peronist governor has accumulated political and economic power since 1995. Romero was born in Salta where his father Roberto Romero was a politician, later governor of the province. The Frente de Todos (translated as "Everyone's Front") was a centre-left political coalition of political parties in Argentina formed to support President Alberto Fernández and Vice President Cristina Kirchner.
