Rwinkwavu (Kinyarwanda: Umurenge wa Rwinkwavu) is one of the 12 sectors in the district of Kayonza in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. Geography Rwinkwavu sector covers an area of 92.32 km2 and lies at an altitude of about 1,430 m. The sector is divided into the cells Gihinga, Mbarara Mbarara City is a city in the Western Region, Uganda, Western Region of Uganda and the second largest city in Uganda after Kampala. Mwiri
[, ] Mwiri (Kinyarwanda ''Umurenge wa Mwiri'') is one of the 12 Sectors of Rwanda, sectors in Kayonza District in the Eastern Province, Rwanda Geography Mwiri covers an area of 514.8 km2 and lies at an altitude of about 1,570 m. The sector is divided into four cells: Kageyo (Mwiri), Kageyo, Migera, Nyamugari and Nyawera. It borders Murundi to the north, Ndego to the southeast, Kabare to the south, Rwinkwavu and Nyamirama to the south-east, Mukarange to the west and Gahini to the northwest. In the east, the sector borders the Kagera River, Kagera Nile, which roughly forms the border with Tanzania. The eastern half of Mwiri is part of the Akagera National Park. Lake Ihema, Ihema Lake is located in this area. The National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda (NISR; ) is a government agency responsible for collecting, analyzing, archiving and disseminating national statistical data, with the objective of aiding the government of Rwanda in making appropriate, timely, evidence-based national decisions. Prior to September 2005 it was known as the Direction de la Statistique. The national flag of Rwanda is a horizontal tricolour of light blue, yellow, and green, in a 2:1:1 ratio, charged with a golden sun in the upper fly-side corner.
