Roman Shaykhutdinov (russian: Рома́н Алекса́ндрович Шайхутди́нов) (born 28 August 1974 in Kazan) is a Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, responsible for development of Innopolis. Early life and education Born on August 28, 1974. Nikolay Anatolyevich Nikiforov (russian: Никола́й Анато́льевич Ники́форов; born 24 June 1982) is a Russian politician. In 2012, he became Minister of Communications and Mass Media of Russia.
