The Diocese of Spokane () is a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory or diocese of the Catholic Church in Washington State in the United States. It is a suffragan diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Seattle. The mother church of the Diocese of Spokane is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes in Spokane. As of 2023, the bishop of Spokane is Thomas Daly. The diocese was erected on December 17, 1913.
