Roi Miller
Roi Miller (; born 14 October 1979) is an Israeli film actor, film, television actor, television and stage actor. Early life He was born in Wattenscheid in Western Germany in 1979. His mother is Jewish Israeli, originally from Pardes Hanna-Karkur, whereas his father is from a German Christian background. His parents met in Israel in the 1970s. The family lived in Germany until Roi was three and a half years old, when they moved to Israel. The family first settled in Pardes Hana-Karkur, but returned to Germany for two years when he was in the fourth grade, before returning permanently to Israel. He graduated from Gan Shmuel High School in kibbutz Gan Shmuel. As a conscript in the Israel Defense Forces, he served for four and a half years as a fighter in the Shayetet 13 unit of the Israeli Navy. Wattenscheid
Wattenscheid () is a Stadtbezirk of the city of Bochum. Until 1975, it was a separate town in the Ruhr area of North Rhine-Westphalia. Wattenscheid has a population of about 80,000 citizens. Some notable firms have their headquarters in there, such as Steilmann. History Wattenscheid is first mentioned in a church document from Werden Abbey (Kloster Werden in Essen) in AD 880, by the name of Villa Uattanscethe. The oldest church in Wattenscheid, St. Gertrud von Brabant, was built in the 9th century. From 1554, Wattenscheid was a member of the Hanseatic League. During the Thirty Years' War, the area was occupied by Spanish troops from 1623 to 1629. In 1633, imperial auxiliary troops plundered Wattenscheid, before Hessian and Swedish troops arrived. Michael Mark Aloni (or Alony; he, מיכאל אלוני; born 31 January 1984) is an Israeli actor, director, writer and television presenter. Early life Aloni was born in Tel Aviv, to a secular Jewish family. His mother is an attorney and his father is an accountant. During his military service in the Israel Defense Forces, he served as a Gadna commander in the Marva training program of the Education Corps. The Beauty Queen Of Jerusalem
The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem is an Israeli television series based on the novel of the same name by Sarit Yishai-Levi. It aired beginning on June 7, 2021, on the Yes Drama channel. The first two episodes of the series have been available on Yes VOD since June 3, 2021. At an event held at East Tel Aviv in December 2021, Yes unveiled its new original productions for 2022. It officially announced that the series had been renewed for a second season, which will be screened toward the end of 2022. Filming of the series began in the summer of 2020 in various locations in the city of Safed, among them, at the Frenkel Frenel Museum and the Beit Castel Gallery. Samuel Maoz (Hebrew: שמואל מעוז; born c. 1962) is an Israeli film director. His 2009 film, ''Lebanon'' won the Golden Lion at the 66th Venice International Film Festival. He also won the award for Best Screenplay for Lebanon at the Asia Pacific Screen Awards in 2010. Biography Shmuel (Shmuel) Maoz was born in Tel Aviv. ''Foxtrot'' ( he, פוֹקְסטְרוֹט) is a 2017 internationally co-produced drama film written and directed by Samuel Maoz. It stars Lior Ashkenazi and Sarah Adler as a couple who are informed that their son, an IDF soldier, was killed in action. Ofir Raul Graizer ( he, אופיר ראול גרייצר; born September 10, 1981) is an Israeli film director, screenwriter, producer and editor. Graizer was born in Israel. He lives in Berlin. He is best known for his feature film debut, ''The Cakemaker''. It was the Israeli submission for the Academy Award in 2019, won seven Ophir Awards in 2018 at the Israeli Academy, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Script and Best Actress.
