"Rik" ( en, Rich) is a song by Swedish rapper Albin Johnsén and Swedish singer Mattias Andréasson. The song was released in Sweden as a digital download on 28 February 2016, and was written by Johnsén and Andréasson. It took part in Melodifestivalen 2016 and qualified to andra chansen from the first semi-finale. In the semi-finale, it was eliminated. Albin Johnsén
Albin Johnsén better known by the mononym Albin (born 22 July 1989, in Boo, Stockholm county) is a Swedish artist, rapper and songwriter. He gained fame with his 2014 song " Din soldat" that also featured vocals from Kristin Amparo and was co-written by Albin and Mattias Andréasson known as DNA. The song reached number one on the Swedish Singles Chart. The follow-up "Vilken jävla smäll", featured by Amparo and co-written with Andréasson, was used in the soundtrack for the film ''Den perfekta stöten''. Albin and Andréasson have further collaborated on the songs "Moment 22" and "Frank", the latter dedicated to Albin's son called Frank. Albin was nominated for a number of awards including P3 Guld and the Swedish Grammies gala for best Swedish song for "Din soldat". Mattias Andréasson (born 29 March 1981 in Västerås), Swedish singer and ''Swedish Idol 2007'' contestant (in which he came 5th place). As a student, he attended the Adolf Fredrik's Music School in Stockholm. He is also known as dmaSOUL. He was part of Swedish band E.M.D., which was active between 2007 and 2010. ''Idol'' For his first audition in ''Idol 2007'', Mattias sang the Musiq Soulchild hit ''Just Friends''. During the Qualifying week he sang ''Never Again'' by Justin Timberlake, and ''Again'' by Lenny Kravitz. Mattias was voted out of ''Idol'' on 16 November 2007, finishing 5th overall. Pop Rap
Pop rap (also known as pop hip-hop, hip pop, melodic hip-hop or melodic rap) is a genre of music fusing the rhythm-based lyricism of hip hop music with pop music's preference for melodious vocals and catchy tunes. Melodifestivalen 2016 was the 56th edition of the Swedish music competition Melodifestivalen, which selected Sweden's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. The competition was organised by Sveriges Television (SVT) and took place over the six-week period between 6 February and 12 March 2016. For the 15th consecutive year, the format of the competition consisted of six shows: four heat rounds, a second chance round and a final. The 28 competing entries were divided into four heats, with seven compositions in each. From each heat, the songs that earned first and second place qualified directly to the final, while the songs that placed third and fourth proceeded to the Second Chance round.
