Richard Siegal
Richard Siegal is an American dancer and choreographer. He is founder and artistic director of Richard Siegal/Ballet of Difference (2016), a contemporary ballet company based in Germany. He is also founder of The Bakery (2006), an interdisciplinary platform for performance art. As of September 2025, Siegal will serve as artistic director and head choreographer of Staatstheater Nürnberg Ballett. Konstantin Grcic
Konstantin Grcic ( sr-lat, Konstantin Grčić, sr-Cyrl, Константин Грчић), born 1965, is a German industrial designer known for his design of furniture and household products, some of which have been featured in design shows and museums. His design language is characterized by the use of geometric shapes and unexpected angles. Early life and education Grcic was born in Munich, Germany, in 1965, to a Serbian father and German mother, and grew up in Wuppertal. His father, born in Belgrade, former Yugoslavia, collected 18th-century art, and his mother was an art dealer. As a child, Grcic was surrounded by art and loved to build things, and during high-school he restored furniture. Benois De La Danse
The Benois de la Danse is a ballet competition held annually in Moscow. Founded by the International Dance Association in 1991, it takes place each year on or around April 29 and it's judged by a jury. The members of this jury change every year and it consists of only top ballet personages. Statuettes are given to the winners in the categories of lifelong achievement, ballerina, danseur, choreographer, composer and designer. The Benois de la Danse earns a cash prize of $1,000,000, as well as exceptional events occurring during the previous year on stages around the world. MacDowell (artists' Residency And Workshop)
MacDowell is an artist's residency program in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The program was founded in 1907 by composer Edward MacDowell and his wife, pianist and philanthropist Marian MacDowell. Prior to July 2020, it was known as the MacDowell Colony or "The Colony", but its board of directors shortened the name to remove "terminology with oppressive overtones". After Edward MacDowell died in 1908, Marian MacDowell established the artists' residency program through a nonprofit association in honor of her husband, raising funds to transform her farm into a quiet retreat for creative artists to work. American Dance Festival
The American Dance Festival (ADF) under the direction of Executive Director Jodee Nimerichter hosts its main summer dance courses including Summer Dance Intensive, Pre-Professional Dance Intensive, and the Dance Professional Workshops. The Baryshnikov Arts Center (BAC) is a foundation and arts complex opened by Mikhail Baryshnikov in 2005 at 450 West 37th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City.
