Revanche Tactical Group
The Revanche Tactical Group is a Ukrainian Battalion Tactical Group, part of the spetsnaz units of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (Ukraine), Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine formed in March 2022 in Kyiv and Kharkiv as a response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and has taken part in multiple combat operations throughout the Russo-Ukrainian War. 2024 Kharkiv Offensive
On 10 May 2024, the Russian Armed Forces began an offensive operation in Ukraine's Kharkiv Oblast, shelling and attempting to breach the defenses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the direction of Vovchansk and Kharkiv. Lukianivka, Brovary Raion
Lukianivka () is a small village in the Brovary Raion, Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine. It is approximately 60 km away from Kyiv and 40.5 km away from Brovary. Lukianivka belongs to Baryshivka settlement hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. According to the 2001 Population Census, it had a population of 849 people. Until 18 July 2020, Lukianivka belonged to Baryshivka Raion. Battalion Tactical Group
A battalion tactical group (, ''batal'onnaya takticheskaya gruppa''), abbreviated as BTG, is a Combined arms, combined-arms manoeuvre unit deployed by the Russian Army that is kept at a high level of readiness. A BTG typically comprises a battalion (typically Mechanized infantry, mechanised infantry) of two to four Company (military unit), companies reinforced with air-defence, artillery, engineering, and logistical support units, formed from a garrisoned army brigade. A tank company and rocket artillery typically reinforce such groupings.
