Reform Party (Philippines)
The Reform Party is a Filipino political party established in October 2021. It was merged with some members of Reform the Armed Forces Movement (RAM) in June 10, 2024 to form the Reform PH. History Reform Party In October 2021, the Reform Party was established by DICT Assistant Secretary James Layug to support the then- Bong Go's vice presidential campaign. That time, Bong Go tops the vice presidential surveys. Days after their formation, Reform Party signed an agreement of partnership with PDP–Laban's Cusi- Duterte faction. Gringo Honasan who running for a Senate comeback also joined the party. The party also endorsed the candidacy of Bongbong Marcos as president, and Sara Duterte as vice president. Magdalo Group
The Magdalo Group was a group of dissident soldiers who staged the unsuccessful Oakwood mutiny. Made up of junior officers of all branches of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the group took over the Oakwood Premier Ayala Center in Makati and demanded the resignation of senior officers in the AFP and members of the Arroyo government, including the President herself. The group called themselves "''Bagong Katipuneros''" ( Filipino, "New Katipuneros"), but the Philippine press continued referring to them as the Magdalo Group. On August 30, 2007, the Philippine National Police went on alert against an alleged ''Magdalo'' recruitment try in Bicol, targeting the Army's 9th Infantry Division. San Juan, Metro Manila
San Juan, officially the City of San Juan (), is a Cities of the Philippines#Legal classification, highly urbanized city in the Metro Manila, National Capital Region of the Philippines. Uniteam Alliance
UniTeam was an electoral alliance in the Philippines formed to support the candidacies of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte in the 2022 presidential and vice-presidential elections and their allies in the 2022 Philippine general election. The alliance was formalized on November 29, 2021, with Senator Imee Marcos coining the name UniTeam. UniTeam as an electoral alliance was dissolved shortly after the landslide wins of both candidates in the 2022 national elections. The term "UniTeam" continued to be used to refer to the relationship between the president and vice-president, until relations broke down between the two after Duterte's resignation from the Marcos cabinet in July 2024 and the antagonistic rhetoric of the Duterte family against Marcos in the succeeding months.
