Batang Mitus
Kampong Batang Mitus () or simply known as Batang Mitus, is a village in Tutong District, Brunei, about from the district town Pekan Tutong. The population was 708 in 2016. Bahtera Kemudi Sekawan Football Club (), or abbreviation BAKES, formerly PSUT-KHEDN, is a football club in Brunei, playing in the Brunei Super League. The name directly translates to Camaraderie-Steered Galleon. History Back in 2005, a few coworkers who were employed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) got together to play some casual football. Only ten years later did casual football grow into a serious sport. Weekly friendlies were played, and although coming from all departments, there was a strong relationship between the participants. Only seven players from the initial pool survived after activities and stats were recorded starting in 2010. In 2015, they changed their name to PSUT-KHEDN, and effective organizational structures were put in place for the management. 2018 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy
The 2018 Hassanal Bolkiah Trophy is the sixth edition of the invitational tournament hosted by Brunei, taking place from 23 April to 5 May. A total of 7 teams of the under-22 age group from the Southeast Asian region will be competing for the trophy along with a cash prize of B$20,000 (US$15,200) for the winners, B$10,000 (US$7,600) for the runner-up and B$5,000 (US$3,800) for joint third-place. Teams were divided into two groups, with the host nation able to choose which group to be placed in. The draw took place on 21 March with Brunei electing to choose Group A. Indonesia could not join due to the 2018 PSSI Anniversary Cup, while Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam are not participating due to tight football league schedules in their countries. Duli Pengiran Muda Mahkota Football Club (His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of Brunei Football Club in English, commonly known as DPMM FC) is a professional football club based in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. The club played in the Brunei Premier League in the early 2000s, winning the league title in 2002 and 2004. Sergeant Mohammad Baharin bin Hamidon (born 8 November 1987) is a Bruneian footballer who last played for Bruneian league champions MS ABDB as a midfielder. Club career From 2008 to 2021, Baharin played at the highest division in Bruneian football for the football team of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces' sports club, MS ABDB. 2016 AFC Solidarity Cup
The 2016 AFC Solidarity Cup was the inaugural edition of the AFC Solidarity Cup, an international football tournament. It took place between 2–15 November 2016 in Malaysia. The tournament was created by the Asian Football Confederation as a replacement for the AFC Challenge Cup which was played for the last time in 2014. A total of nine teams were eligible to compete in this edition of the tournament. 2016 AFF Suzuki Cup Qualification
The 2016 AFF Championship qualification tournament was the qualification process for the 2016 AFF Championship, the eleventh edition of the AFF Championship. It was held in Cambodia and involved either teams that finished last in the group stage of 2014 AFF Championship or lower ranked teams in Southeast Asia. The format was a single round-robin tournament with the top team qualifying for the tournament proper. 2016 Brunei Super League
The 2016 Brunei Super League (also known as the DST Super League for sponsorship reasons) was the 4th season of the Brunei Super League, the top Bruneian professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 2012. The season began on 12 March 2016 and concluded on 30 September 2016. MS ABDB came into the season as defending champions of the 2015 season. Kota Ranger and Kasuka entered as the two promoted teams from the Premier League. NFABD concluded the league after only one round, which meant that MS ABDB retained the title with seven wins out of nine.
