Ramma Chilakamma
''Ramma Chilakamma'' () is a 2001 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed by Tammareddy Bharadwaja and starring Sumanth and Laya. The title of the film is based on a song from ''Choodalani Vundi'' (1998). ''Ramma Chilakamma'' is a remake of the Tamil film '' Ennamma Kannu'' (2000). After being delayed, the film released on 13 July 2001 and was a box-office failure. Tammareddy Bharadwaja
Tammreddy Bharadwaja is an Indian film director and producer who works in Telugu cinema. Bharadwaja directed over 20 films and produced around 10 films in his career. He also served as the president of the APFCC (Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce). He is known for his role as a liaison between Telugu film producers and film workers unions. He is the son of Tammareddy Krishna Murthy, a veteran film producer who received the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award. Bharadwaja started his film career as a producer with '' Kothala Rayudu'' (1979). His second film was '' Mogudu Kavali'' (1980). Both of them starred Chiranjeevi and were commercially successful. Sumanth Kumar Yarlagadda (born 9 February 1975), known mononymously as Sumanth, is an Indian actor who works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He is the eldest grandson of Telugu actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao. He is also a partner in Annapurna Studios. Laya (born 21 October 1981) is an Indian actress and Kuchipudi dancer known for her work primarily in Telugu films, alongside a few Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil films. Laya first appeared as a child actor in '' Bhadram Koduko'' (1992) and later she started working as a lead actress with '' Swayamvaram'' (1999). ''Choodalani Vundi'' () is a 1998 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Gunasekhar, and produced by C. Aswani Dutt under Vyjayanthi Movies. ''Ennamma Kannu'' is a 2000 Indian Tamil-language drama film, directed by Sakthi Chidambaram, starring Sathyaraj, Devayani, Ranjith and Vadivelu.
