Rajesh Varsani
Rajesh Premji Varsani (born 29 July 1982) is an Indian-born Kenyan former cricketer. Varsani was born at Bhuj in the Indian state of Gujarat in July 1982. He emigrated to Kenya and later made two appearances in List A cricket for the Kenya national cricket team against the United Arab Emirates at Nairobi in the 2011–2013 ICC World Cricket League Championship. He scored 57 runs in the first match, helping Kenya to a 66 runs victory. Bhuj
Bhuj () is a Municipality and District Headquarters of Kutch District in the state of Gujarat, India. Etymology According to legend, Kutch was ruled by the Nāga chieftains in the past. Gymkhana Club Ground
Nairobi Gymkhana Club is a cricket ground and team in Nairobi, Kenya. It hosted two matches during the 2003 Cricket World Cup. The ground has a capacity of 7,000 people. It is located north of the central business district, but not far from it. The ground is the main cricket venue in the country and the only one which could in any way be described as a major ground. Saqib Ali (cricketer)
Saqib Ali (born 14 April 1978) is a former Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team from 2006 to 2015, including in five One Day International (ODI) matches. He captained them to the 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Two, ICC World Cricket League Division Two title in 2007. Born in Multan, Saqib emigrated from Pakistan to the UAE in 1997, finding employment with NMC Health. Jeshani Mansukh Naran (born 20 June 1988) is an Indian-born Kenyan former cricketer. Varsani was born at Bhuj in the Indian state of Gujarat in June 1988. He emigrated to Kenya and later made a single appearance in first-class cricket for Kenya against the United Arab Emirates in the 2011–2013 ICC Intercontinental Cup at Nairobi in July 2011. Batting twice in the match, he was dismissed for 7 runs in the Kenyan first innings by Mohammad Tauqir, while in their second innings he was dismissed without scoring by Shoaib Sarwar. Three days prior to this match, he made what would be his only appearance in List A cricket against the same opposition, keeping wicket he scored 10 runs before being dismissed by Arshad Ali. Kenya National Cricket Team
The Kenya national cricket team represents the Republic of Kenya in international cricket. Kenya is an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) which has Twenty20 International (T20I) status after the ICC granted T20I status to all of their members. They have been an ICC members, associate member of the ICC since 1981.
