Raggigudda-Silk Board Flyover
Raggigudda-Silk Board Flyover is a rail-cum-road flyover under construction in the city of Bengaluru in Karnataka, India. It is the first double decker flyover in Bengaluru, which is being built by the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited between Central Silk Board and Ragigudda as part of the RV Road- Bommasandra Metro line (Reach-5). After completion, it will become the tallest rail-cum-road flyover in South India, which is expected to be inaugurated in December 2024. Overview The flyover has two levels above ground, with the first level having four lanes for carrying vehicles while the second level carries the metro tracks. Namma Metro
Namma Metro ("Our Metro" in Kannada), also known as Bengaluru Metro, is a rapid transit system serving the city of Bengaluru, India. Upon its inauguration, it became the first underground metro system in South India. Namma Metro has a mix of underground, at grade, and elevated stations. Bommasandra Metro Station
Bommasandra is the upcoming elevated southern-east terminal metro station on the Yellow Line of the Namma Metro serving the Bommasandra neighbourhood with its Industrial Area and Heelalige railway station connected in this area.
